Biography
Luke Maddox is an attorney at The Ammons Law Firm. His background combines small-town roots with high-level legal experience, allowing him to connect with people from diverse backgrounds while providing skilled representation.
Growing up on a family farm, Luke developed a strong work ethic and sense of community that continues to inform his legal practice. He earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois before gaining experience working at the United States Capitol. Luke then pursued his J.D. at Baylor University School of Law, where he served as an Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review and competed on the American Association for Justice Mock Trial Team.
After graduating from Baylor Law in 2022, Luke was selected to serve as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable John P. Devine of the Supreme Court of Texas, further honing his legal skills. Before joining The Ammons Law Firm, Luke represented businesses and insurance companies in truck accident, plant explosion, and industrial accident cases. This experience gave Luke valuable insights into defense strategies, which he now uses to advocate effectively for his clients.
Luke’s practice focuses on personal injury and wrongful death cases, where he applies his trial experience and thorough understanding of pre-trial procedures, including depositions, motion practice, and written discovery. His ability to relate to people from all walks of life, combined with his legal training, makes him a compassionate and effective advocate for those who call him.
