Raina is an experienced litigator with a broad background in complex commercial and personal injury litigation. She fights zealously for her clients in the courtroom and cares strongly about their emotional health and healing.
Raina earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree with high honors from The McComb School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin where she was on the Dean’s Honor List all four years and was selected to be a member of the National Business Honor Society. Raina earned her Juris Doctor with high honors from The University of Texas School of Law. At The University of Texas School of Law Raina was awarded the Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal Academic Excellence Award for earning the highest overall GPA in her first year. She was selected to be on the Texas Law Review and served as an Associate Editor of the Texas Law Review. Raina was also selected to join Order of the Coif, National Law Honor Society for the top 10% of United States Law School graduates.
Raina has represented both plaintiffs and defendants and has worked with several prominent, international law firms. Her courtroom experience on both sides of the aisle provides her with a strong understanding of all aspects of the litigation process and what it takes to achieve the best result for her clients. Raina’s experience includes personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, medical malpractice, group insurance, premises liability, breach of contract, DTPA, fraud and automobile liability. She has appeared in both Federal and State Court and has jury trial and bench trial experience. Raina also has extensive appellate experience including oral arguments before the Court of Appeals.
At The Ammons Law Firm, Raina’s focus is on representation of Plaintiffs in personal injury and products liability litigation. She dedicates herself to seeking justice for those who have suffered due to the negligence or faulty products of others.
