Bio

Stephanie is an experienced litigator who has focused her practice on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.   Stephanie has been involved in the litigation of multimillion dollar coverage disputes involving primary, umbrella, and excess policies.  She also has extensive experience in commercial litigation and professional liability claims.  

Stephanie grew up in the suburbs of Houston.  She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and French.  She earned her law degree from Tulane University Law School, where she graduated cum laude.  While at Tulane, Stephanie served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law.  Following her graduation from law school, Stephanie served as a clerk in the Civil Staff Division of the Louisiana Supreme Court, after which she clerked for Chief Judge Nadine Ramsey of the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans. 

Stephanie is licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana.  Throughout her career, she has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts.  Stephanie has significant experience handling large and complex matters from inception through trial, and she particularly enjoys representing clients through the appellate process. 

Stephanie joined The Ammons Law Firm in 2020 and represents policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. Stephanie is committed to helping the firm’s clients obtain the recovery to which they are entitled under the insurance policies they purchased.
