Hydrocarbon Plant Explosions and Fire Prompt Industrial Accident Attorney Rob Ammons to File Lawsuit

Three Texas men were injured when a series of fiery explosions rocked the hydrocarbon processing and storage plant located next to their workplace.

In a lawsuit filed by Rob Ammons on behalf of the men, it is alleged that operators and contractors at the hydrocarbon facility were negligent in the performance of maintenance operations and that such operations were conducted without first properly assessing the related risks. It is further contended in the lawsuit that the operations went forward in the absence of adequate safety rules, regulations, and practices.
