Industrial Accident Attorney Rob Ammons Files Suit Against Anadarko Petroleum after Injury to Business Invitee

Rob Ammons has filed suit on behalf of a 45-year-old Texas man who was seriously injured while working on premises owned and controlled by Anadarko.

In the lawsuit, it is claimed that Anadarko had a legal obligation to keep the premises it owned in a safe condition for business invitees like the injured painter but that Anadarko was negligent in maintaining the premises. Ammons alleges that the unmarked, protruding drain pipe posed an unreasonable risk of harm about which Anadarko should have known. According to Ammons, Anadarko failed to warn the man about the dangerous condition and also failed to make the condition reasonable safe.
