Chrysler Pays after Fatal Crash in Missouri


The Ammons Law Firm has successfully concluded a wrongful death case filed on behalf of the wife and children of a 49-year-old man who was killed when the 2001 Town & Country minivan he was driving rolled over following a sudden tire failure.

According to Ammons, the minivan was not crashworthy, meaning its driver was put at risk of suffering extra injuries unnecessarily in an accident because of defects in the vehicle’s occupant protection system.
