Attorney Rob Ammons Files Lawsuit Against Motorist after Motorcyclist is Killed

A Texas man (63) was killed when a motorist crossed in front of his motorcycle while turning into a private drive.  The man, who was traveling at a speed well below the posted limit, applied his brakes but was unable to stop his bike in time.  He was thrown from the motorcycle in the collision and died at the scene.

On behalf of the man’s widow, Rob Ammons filed suit against the motorist for negligence.  He indicates that an investigation is currently underway into whether any defects in the motorcycle or its brakes prevented the man from avoiding the collision that claimed his life, noting that additional parties will likely be named as defendants in the lawsuit.
