Suit Filed Against GM for Driver Who Lost His Leg in Uncrashworthy Vehicle

Rob Ammons alleges in the lawsuit the truck was defective in that it lacked a proper subframe ahead of the front wheels and that structural components of the truck were inadequate to manage the collision energy created by the crash.
