ST. LOUIS, Missouri- An early morning crash on Interstate 70 has resulted in severe injuries sustained by 28-year-old James Harrison.
According to preliminary reports, Harrison, driving a 2007 Mercury Milan, collided with a 2023 Freightliner semi-truck around 3:55 a.m. The impact of the crash left the Mercury totaled, and Harrison was transported to SSM Health DePaul Hospital to receive care for serious injuries.
The cause of the crash is unknown and is being investigated by Missouri State Highway Patrol.
