Julie Keith Dies Following an Accident with a Semi-truck on US Highway 70 in Kirby, Arkansas

Kirby, AR — A woman was killed after an 18-wheeler collided with her vehicle. The incident happened Thursday on US Highway 70 in Pike County.

According to reports, Julie Keith, 61, was driving a 2024 Toyota Corolla eastbound when a northbound Kenworth truck failed to yield the right-of-way. Keith then struck the passenger side of the truck.

Keith was transported to a hospital in Hot Springs, where she succumbed to her injuries two days later.
