Motorcyclist Dies in Accident with a Semi-truck on Highway 24 and Highway 9 in Park County, Colorado


Hartsel, Colo. – A motorcycle rider lost their life following a crash with a semi-truck on Sunday morning. The incident happened at the intersection of Highway 24 and Highway 9 in Park County.

Initial reports from State Patrol indicated that a semi-truck struck the rider. The motorcyclist sustained life-threatening injuries and was pronounced dead shortly after the incident.

The circumstances leading up to the collision remain unclear at this time.
