San Antonio, TX — One man has died, and another person was critically injured in an accident with a flatbed truck. The incident happened on Thursday on Loop 1604 in San Antonio.

According to reports, a flatbed truck hydroplaned and rolled over onto a car, killing 48-year-old Victor Gutierrez Garcia at the scene. A passenger was extricated from the vehicle and taken to the hospital in critical condition.
