Man Killed in Industrial Accident at St. Augustine, Florida Pavement Plant

Augustine, Fla. — An industrial accident claimed the life of a worker Monday morning at a pavement production facility in St. Augustine. The incident occurred at Traffic Material Supplier, LLC, a facility specializing in producing granular thermoplastic pavement markings.

Emergency crews were dispatched to a business on Industrial Drive near State Road 16. Officials confirmed the worker was pronounced dead at the scene.
