Man Seriously Injured in an Accident with a Semi-truck that Failed to Stop at the Intersection of North and Dickenson Avenues in Fresno County, California

Fresno County, Calif. – A man is hospitalized after his car was struck by a semi-truck and pushed into a canal early Tuesday morning. The incident occurred at the intersection of North and Dickenson Avenues.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a man in his 30s was driving a grey Nissan when a semi-truck ran a stop sign, resulting in a collision. The impact sent the Nissan into a nearby canal.

Emergency responders transported the injured driver to a local hospital, where he is being treated for major injuries.
