One Driver Injured in Semi-Truck Crash in the 8000 block of Highway 231 in Brundidge, Alabama

Brundidge, AL – A semi-truck crash in Brundidge on Tuesday afternoon left one driver injured.

The accident occurred when a semi-truck pulled out of the John Deere dealership in the 8000 block of Highway 231. As the truck entered the roadway, another semi-truck traveling along the highway collided with it.

One driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a hospital for treatment.

No further information has been provided.

The semi-truck crash needs an investigation to determine what happened

Following a truck crash, the injured is left picking up the pieces while trying to understand why. Authorities and other professionals should assist in finding these answers when possible.

In truck accidents, two sources often provide the most information: the truck driver and the trucking company. The truck driver may be the only witness to the crash. Unfortunately, in our experience, the involved driver will often be guarded, especially when speaking to the police. Legal mechanisms, such as depositions, can help find the truth. These are available during the litigation process.

The trucking company also provides valuable information. The trucking company will know what occurred in the hours and days leading up to the crash. Information about the driver’s training, how many hours the driver had driven, dash cam footage of key moments, and data from the truck showing speed, braking, and steering. All this information can be used to tell the true story and ensure all wrongdoing is accounted for.

Uncovering the truth following a commercial truck crash provides the injured and their family with answers and protects future motorists from dangerous companies and drivers. We hope those affected here receive the professional help they need to find answers and closure during this difficult healing time.
