Wrongful Death Lawyers File Lawsuit Against Chemtrusion After Fatal Texas Industrial Accident

According to the lawsuit, the victim was a maintenance technician employed by a third-party company and dispatched to repair an industrial blender at the Chemtrusion facility. While performing maintenance work on the clogged blender, the technician was allegedly fatally injured when the blender’s corkscrews violently struck him in the neck, resulting in internal decapitation.

The lawsuit alleges that Chemtrusion failed to provide a safe workplace and did not adequately warn the technician of the dangerous conditions present.
