Toyota Recalls 2024 Tundra and Sequoia Vehicles Over Potential Tire Damage


Toyota has issued a safety recall for certain 2024 Toyota Tundra and Sequoia models due to possible tire damage. The recall affects approximately 12,000 vehicles manufactured between April 2024 and July 2024.

The company reported that the inner sidewalls of the front and rear passenger-side tires may have been damaged during assembly. If the damage is present, it could lead to a sudden loss of air pressure while driving, posing a serious risk of losing control and increasing the likelihood of a crash.

Owners of the affected vehicles are advised to bring their vehicles to Toyota dealerships for an inspection. If any damage is found, the tires will be replaced at no cost to the owner.
