Personal Injury Lawyers File Lawsuit Against Lowe’s Home Centers After Serious Forklift Accident

The incident occurred when a customer was picking up pavers from the store. According to the lawsuit, the customer’s hand was allegedly pinched between a forklift operated by Lowe’s employees and a truck’s taillight during the loading process. 

The legal action claims that Lowe’s and its employees failed to exercise reasonable care while operating the forklift. The lawsuit alleges that the forklift driver did not maintain proper control of the vehicle, leading to the customer’s hand being caught and injured.

The legal action seeks compensation for the victim’s physical pain, mental anguish, physical impairment, and medical expenses, both past and future.
