Truck Accident Lawyers File Lawsuit Against E & A Trucking After California Semi-Truck Crash

The Ammons Law Firm has filed a lawsuit against E & A Trucking Co. LLC and other defendants following a semi-truck accident on Interstate 15 in San Diego County, California. The crash allegedly occurred when an E & A Trucking semi-truck rear-ended a Chevrolet Tahoe pulling a U-Haul trailer, causing severe injuries to the Tahoe’s occupants.

According to the lawsuit, the E & A Trucking driver allegedly became distracted and failed to control the semi-truck’s speed to avoid colliding with vehicles ahead. The complaint states that the driver did not pay adequate attention to surrounding traffic and followed too closely behind the Tahoe. When the crash happened, the impact allegedly sent powerful forces surging through the bodies of those in the Tahoe.
