Tobias Hugley Killed in Multi-Vehicle Accident Involving Semi-trucks on Interstate 20 in Lee County, South Carolina


LEE COUNTY, SC – Authorities have identified the person killed in a multi-vehicle crash Thursday night involving two 18-wheelers and a passenger van on Interstate 20.

When crews arrived, they found one semi-truck on fire with heavy damage, while a second 18-wheeler had overturned and spilled its load across the highway. The passenger van involved was fully engulfed in flames.

Lee County officials confirmed that 45-year-old Tobias Hugley of Conyers, Georgia, died in the crash.

No additional information has been released at this time.
