Man Killed in Single-Vehicle Rollover Accident on Highway 101 in Buellton, California

BUELLTON, Calif. — A man died Monday morning following a single-vehicle rollover crash on northbound Highway 101, according to emergency officials. The crash was reported near Jonata Park Road.

Emergency personnel found a black Ford Ranger that had overturned and come to rest down an embankment, out of sight from the roadway.

A male occupant suffered a significant head injury and was trapped inside the vehicle. Firefighters extricated him after approximately 10 minutes. Despite CPR efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
