Cameron Jones and Three Others Injured in a Train and Vehicle Accident in Scottsboro, Alabama

Scottsboro, Ala. — A collision between a train and a vehicle on Friday night left multiple people injured, according to Scottsboro Police.

Authorities report the crash occurred on North Kyle Street when a westbound Norfolk Southern train struck a northbound Jeep Grand Cherokee attempting to cross the tracks. The impact caused the vehicle to overturn, ejecting one occupant.

The driver, identified as Cameron Jones, 24, was traveling with three young passengers.

Emergency responders transported all four individuals to Huntsville Hospital. Their current conditions have not been disclosed.
