Jose Luis Collaguazo Crespo Killed in Construction Accident on Martha’s Vineyard in Massachusetts

Martha’s Vineyard– A construction worker from Fall River lost his life in a workplace accident at the Meshacket Commons housing project, authorities confirmed.

The victim, identified as 32-year-old Lose Luis Collaguazo Crespo, was working at the site when he fell from a ladder. Officials stated that he fell two stories into the basement of an unfinished building.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has been notified and is involved.
