Clinton Martin Killed in Skid Loader Accident at Construction Site in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania

Lebanon County, Pa. — An accident at a Lebanon County construction company claimed the life of a worker on Friday morning.

Authorities identified the victim as Clinton Martin of Robesonia. He was found unresponsive under a skid loader at TLS Equipment LLC. Preliminary reports suggest the skid loader’s arms were raised when a hydraulic line burst, causing the arms to drop and pin the worker beneath them.

Co-workers used equipment to lift the skid loader, which was still running, off the victim. Emergency personnel from Newmanstown Ambulance responded but determined the victim had no signs of life.

OSHA has been notified.
