Driver Killed in Accident with Semi-Truck on Southwest Loop 820 in Benbrook, Texas

BENBROOK, Texas – One person was killed Monday morning in a crash involving a passenger vehicle and a semi-truck on Southwest Loop 820 in North Texas.

According to authorities, a sedan was stopped in a westbound traffic lane when it was struck from behind by an 18-wheeler.

The driver of the sedan was pronounced dead at the scene.
