Three Seriously Injured in Semi-Truck Accident on U.S. 271 Near I-20, Tyler, Texas

TYLER, Texas — Emergency crews responded Saturday afternoon to a serious crash involving a passenger vehicle and a tanker truck on U.S. Highway 271 near the Interstate 20 interchange.
