Due to a potential fall hazard, BMC has issued a recall for all BMC-branded Kaius 01 bicycles and framesets. The recall applies to bicycles and framesets equipped with a V5 fork, which requires replacement.

The affected bicycles and framesets were sold in various colors, including Peacock Spider, Carbon Black/Brushed Blue, Purple/White, White/Black, Turquoise/Black, Saffron/Black, and Stone Grey. The brand name “BMC” is printed on the downtube for identification.

Consumers are urged to immediately stop using the recalled bicycles and contact an authorized BMC dealer for a free inspection and replacement fork.
