Costway Recalls Babyjoy High Chairs Over Safety Hazards


Costway has issued a recall for its Babyjoy High Chairs due to potential suffocation and entrapment risks, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

The recall stems from concerns that the high chairs were marketed or designed for infant sleep but exceed the federally regulated incline limit of 10 degrees, violating the Safe Sleep for Babies Act. This design flaw poses a serious hazard to infants.

Consumers are advised to immediately stop using the recalled high chairs and contact Costway for a full refund. The company will also provide instructions on proper disposal.

The affected high chairs were sold through major retailers, including Amazon, Walmart, Costway’s website, and Shein.
