One Person Killed, One Injured in an Accident Involving Semi-Truck at Sandpoint Near US-95 and Samuels Road in Idaho

BONNER COUNTY, Idaho – A fatal collision involving a semi-truck occurred Friday morning in Sandpoint, according to the Northside Fire District.

Emergency crews from Northside Fire District and Sandpoint Fire responded to the crash near US-95 and Samuels. Two vehicles, including a semi-truck, were involved in the incident.

One person was pronounced dead at the scene. Another individual sustained injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
