Narciso López Gómez Killed in Machinery Work Accident at Hy-Tech Mushroom Compost Facility in West Grove, Pennsylvania

WEST GROVE, Pa. – A workplace accident at the Hy-Tech Mushroom Compost facility on Thursday evening resulted in the death of a worker who became trapped in industrial machinery.

Emergency responders were called to the facility on Valley Road around 6:30 p.m. after reports that a worker had become entangled in heavy equipment. The individual, identified as Narciso López Gómez, suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. His body was recovered from the machinery the following morning.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has been notified.
