Unique Lee Killed in a Semi-truck Accident on Interstate 59 in Lamar County, Mississippi

LAMAR COUNTY, Miss. – One person died in a crash involving two 18-wheelers on Interstate 59 Friday morning.

According to reports, the crash claimed the life of a 38-year-old woman. She was later identified as Unique Lee of Las Vegas, Nevada. Lee was a passenger in a tractor-trailer with a white cab who was involved in the crash.

Officials have not released further details about the cause of the collision.

The surviving family deserves answers

A Semi-truck collision can happen in seconds, cutting short someone’s life in an instant. But accidents like this one don’t just happen. They often stem from preventable issues like driver fatigue, mechanical problems, and unsafe practices on the road.
