YGJT Recalls Allegedly Defective Baby Loungers Due to Failing Standards Risking Infant Injury or Death


NEW YORK, N.Y. – YGJT has recalled its baby loungers after federal safety regulators determined the products violate mandatory standards for infant sleep products, posing risks of suffocation, entrapment, and falls.

The sides of the recalled loungers are too low to safely contain an infant, and the openings at the foot are wider than allowed. Additionally, because the loungers do not include a stand, they can fall if placed on elevated surfaces. These design flaws create an unsafe sleep environment that could result in serious injury or death.

The recalled loungers feature a foam pad with padded bumpers and a cloth cover in white and light blue with rainbow and bear designs. The brand name “YGJT” is printed on a label attached to the outer cover.
