Sauna360 Recalls Allegedly Defective Tylö Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid Saunas Due to Fall and Serious Injury Hazard

MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota — Sauna360 has issued a recall for its Tylö-branded Halmstad and Kiruna Hybrid sauna models following reports of benches collapsing, posing a risk of falls and serious injury.

The recall affects bench seating installed in Tylö Halmstad 2, 3, and 4 sauna rooms and Kiruna Hybrid 2 and 3 rooms. Each recalled sauna includes a serial number label located beneath the upper bench or along the right wall, depending on the model. The model number can be found in the user manual.

The affected models include the following serial ranges:

• Tylö Halmstad 2 (15A and 20A, 120V) — Serial numbers CSFxxABTRxx-V1-4933 through CSFxxABTRxx-V1-6970
• Tylö Halmstad 3 and 4 (240V)
• Tylö Kiruna Hybrid 2 and 3 (120V and 240V, LOW EMR) — Serial numbers CSFxxABISxxTL-V1-4964 through CSFxxABISxxTL-V1-7224

Sauna360 has received reports of benches breaking, including one incident that resulted in head and neck injuries.
