RH Recalls Allegedly Defective Industrial Three-Panel Mirrors Due to Risk of Serious Injury


CORTE MADERA, Calif. – RH has announced a recall of its Industrial Three-Panel Mirrors after reports that the glass panels can loosen or detach from the frame, posing a risk of injury to consumers.

The recall includes two sizes of mirrors from RH’s Industrial Three-Panel Mirror collection: 24 inches by 72 inches (SKU 41100011SILV) and 32 inches by 96 inches (SKU 41100015SILV). The mirrors feature three square glass panels mounted on a black wooden backing, framed in antique-black-painted metal.

The company has received reports of mirror panels becoming loose or falling.
