Olympia Tools Recalls Allegedly Defective Pack-N-Stroll Utility Wagons Due to Entrapment and Fall Hazards

Las Vegas, Nevada — Olympia Tools International has announced a recall of its Pack-N-Stroll Premium Folding Utility Wagons due to safety concerns that pose a risk of serious injury or death to children. Officials said the recalled wagons violate federal safety standards for strollers.

An opening between the organizational tray and the sidewall can allow a child’s head to become trapped, creating an entrapment hazard. The wagons also lack a restraint system, increasing the risk of falls.

The recalled Pack-N-Stroll wagons were sold in black with blue accents on the handle, wagon, and wheel spokes. Each model includes a removable organizational tray and two cup holders attached to the push/pull handle. The wagons fold for storage, and “Pack-N-Stroll” appears in blue lettering on a black label affixed to the side.
