WASHINGTON — Lidl US has announced a recall of its Powerfix Steel Shelving Units due to concerns that the products may pose tip-over and entrapment risks.

According to federal safety officials, the shelving units may be missing the wall mounting hardware needed to secure them to a wall. Without this hardware, the units could tip or fall, creating a risk of injury or entrapment.
