SACRAMENTO, Calif. – Authorities have identified the man killed in a crash on Interstate 5 in Sacramento after his disabled pickup was struck by a semi-truck.

According to reports, 21-year-old Victor Castaneda was attempting to move his pickup toward an off-ramp when a tractor-trailer hit it. The impact caused the pickup to catch fire, and officials said Castaneda was unable to escape after being knocked unconscious.
