Woman Killed in an Accident with a Semi-truck on Interstate 240 in Memphis, Tennessee

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – A woman was killed Thursday morning following a crash involving a tractor-trailer and two other vehicles on Interstate 240, according to the Memphis Police Department.

Police said officers responded to the eastbound lanes near Getwell Road, where a tractor-trailer and multiple vehicles had collided, including a Honda.

One woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
