Room & Board Recalls Defective Griffin Duo Bunk Beds Over Collapse and Injury Risk


MINNEAPOLIS — Room & Board has recalled its Griffin Duo Bunk Beds after reports of assembly issues that could cause the beds to collapse, posing fall and injury hazards.

The company said some bunk beds were delivered without set screws installed correctly in the side rail brackets. Missing screws may cause the brackets to fail, creating a risk of collapse during use.

The recall covers Griffin Duo Bunk Beds made from cherry or maple wood. Each bed has a label on the footboard identifying the model.

Room & Board has received two reports of the bunk beds collapsing.
