Jugader Recalls Defective Zipline Kits Sold on Amazon Due to Fall Hazard


WASHINGTON, D.C. — Jugader has recalled specific zipline kits after reports that the stainless-steel cable can break, creating a risk of serious falls.

The recall affects Jugader Zipline Kits sold exclusively on Amazon.com. Each kit includes a 160-foot-long, 4-millimeter-thick cable wire, a blue trolley, and a plastic hanging seat.

The company has received at least 20 reports of the cable breaking, resulting in nine injuries, including lacerations and a broken clavicle.
