SOOWERY Recalls 6-Drawer Dressers Over Child Entrapment and Serious Injury Risks

UNITED STATES — SOOWERY has announced a recall of its 6-drawer dressers after determining the units do not meet federal stability requirements under the STURDY Act and may pose serious injury or death hazards to children.

According to the recall notice, the dressers can become unstable if not secured to a wall, posing a risk of tipping over. Tip-over incidents may lead to entrapment or crushing injuries, particularly to young children.

The recall applies to SOOWERY 6-Drawer Dressers sold in black. The units feature a metal frame, a wooden top surface, and six collapsible fabric drawers. The dressers measure approximately 47.2 inches long, 11.8 inches wide, and 33.3 inches tall.
