Airova Recalls Allegedly Defective Aroeve Air Purifiers Over Fire and Burn Risks


UNITED STATES — Airova has issued a recall of certain Aroeve-brand air purifiers after receiving reports that the units can overheat, posing a fire and burn hazard.

The recall involves Aroeve air purifiers, model MK04, sold in black and white. The affected products were manufactured before July 2025 and have serial numbers beginning with the letters “BN.”

According to the company, there have been 37 reports of the air purifiers overheating, including one incident that resulted in a fire.
