Patoolio Direct Recalls Allegedly Defective Electric Pressure Washers Due to Shock and Electrocution Hazard

WASHINGTON — Patoolio Direct has announced a recall of certain electric pressure washers after determining the products pose a serious risk of shock and electrocution.

According to safety officials, the recalled pressure washers lack a built-in ground-fault circuit interrupter (GFCI), an important electrical safety feature designed to reduce the risk of electric shock. Without that protection, users face an increased risk of serious injury or death while operating the pressure washers.

The recall involves Patoolio Direct electric pressure washers, including the model W8 in gray and black, and the model W6 in orange. The units were sold with four quick-connect spray nozzles and a foam cannon. The words “Electric Pressure Washer” appear on the front of each unit above the power switch.

The affected pressure washers were sold through Amazon between October 2025 and January 2026 for approximately $45 to $150.
