Evenflo Recalls More Than 74,000 Allegedly Defective All4One Child Car Seats Over Safety Issue

The children’s products manufacturer Evenflo Company has announced a recall affecting more than 74,000 All4One child car seats due to a potential safety issue.

According to a recall notice filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the adjustable recline mechanism on certain All4One child seats can move out of position when installed in a rear-facing configuration. This condition does not comply with federal motor vehicle safety standards and may affect the proper positioning of the seat.

The recall covers approximately 74,710 All4One child seats. Evenflo estimates that about 40 percent of the units manufactured are included in the recall.

The recalled products include the following models:

  • All4One Car Seat Aries, model number 39312408, manufactured between January 1, 2022, and June 23, 2023 (44,851 units)
