NFSVLB Recalls Allegedly Defective Baby Bath Seats Over Drowning and Entrapment Hazards

NFSVLB has announced a recall of its Baby Bath Seats due to serious safety concerns that pose a risk of injury or death to young children.

According to the recall notice, the bath seats fail to meet mandatory federal safety standards for infant bath seats. The products are unstable and can tip over during use. In addition, the leg openings allow a child to slide downward, creating a risk that the child’s torso can become trapped. These conditions present a danger of drowning and entrapment.

The recall involves NFSVLB-branded Baby Bath Seats sold in blue and white. The seats feature detachable arms designed to serve as restraints and include four suction cups on the underside. The label on the side of the seat displays the marking Model No.: ZY2025.

Contact Us for Legal Help Involving Dangerous Products that Affect Children

Baby bath time is often seen as a routine part of caring and bonding, but it is also one of the moments that requires the closest supervision. Infants at this stage cannot support themselves or react if something goes wrong, especially around water. That is why products like bath seats are expected to provide stability rather than introduce new risks. A seat that tips or becomes unstable can place a child in a dangerous position within seconds, turning an everyday activity into a life-threatening situation. That is not a misuse issue: it is a product failure
