According to safety information, the pillows can position the bottle at an unsafe angle while keeping it fixed in front of an infant’s face. Because the child cannot easily move the bottle away, there is a risk of milk or formula being aspirated, which can lead to suffocation.

The recalled products are Greatale self-feeding pillows made of stuffed fabric with an elastic sleeve intended to secure a bottle. The pillows were sold in white and feature angel wing-shaped decorations. The name “Greatale” appears on a label sewn into the pillow seam.
