Personal Injury Lawyers File Lawsuit Against HEI Civil Texas and PGC General Contractors After Rear-End Collision Injures Multiple Victims

The Ammons Law Firm has filed a lawsuit against HEI Civil Texas, LLC, and another defendant following a serious rear-end collision in Bastrop County, Texas, that resulted in injuries to multiple plaintiffs.

According to the lawsuit, an HEI Civil Texas vehicle, driven by one of the company’s employees, crashed into the rear of the plaintiff’s vehicle. The crash allegedly happened because the driver failed to recognize that traffic had come to a complete stop, demonstrating a failure to maintain proper attention while operating a commercial vehicle.

The personal injury lawyers at The Ammons Law Firm allege that the driver was negligent in the operation of the commercial vehicle, citing failure to maintain a proper lookout, inadequate brake application, failure to control the vehicle, and possible cell phone distraction as contributing factors to the crash.
