Grove International Rig Repair Faces Lawsuit Following Explosion at Texas Drilling Site

The Ammons Law Firm has filed a lawsuit against Grove International Rig Repair, LLC and related parties following a serious workplace explosion at an oil rig in Martin County, Texas. As a result of the explosion, the plaintiff sustained substantial injuries and damages, including physical pain and mental anguish, loss of earning capacity, disfigurement, physical impairment, and reasonable expenses of necessary medical care, both past and future. The lawsuit seeks monetary relief, exemplary damages to deter similar conduct in the future, post-judgment interest, court costs, and all other relief deemed appropriate by the court.
