Truck Accident Lawyers File Lawsuit Against TEC Excavation After Dump Truck Crash Injures Pregnant Woman and Child

The Ammons Law Firm has filed a lawsuit against TEC Excavation Inc. and others following a severe dump truck accident that occurred in Midland, Texas. The incident resulted in serious injuries to multiple victims, including a pregnant woman and her young child.

According to the lawsuit, a dump truck owned by TEC Excavation and operated by one of their drivers crashed into the rear of a passenger vehicle that was stopped on State Highway Loop 250. The impact caused the passenger vehicle to collide with another car in front of it.
