Personal Injury Lawyers File Lawsuit Against Walmart After Commercial Vehicle Accident

The Ammons Law Firm has filed a lawsuit against a Walmart delivery driver following a serious intersection collision in Harris County, Texas.

According to the lawsuit, a Walmart employee operating a 2022 Ford Transit Van ran a red light while traveling north on the North Freeway Service Road. The driver struck the plaintiff’s vehicle on the driver’s side front door while the plaintiff had a green light at the intersection.

The lawsuit alleges that the driver admitted to looking at his cell phone while proceeding through the intersection and was unaware that he had a red light.
